Welcome to the inaugural edition of Apple Slices! As I was doing a refresh of the user interface of Sonder’s other non-Instagram platforms— I came across our completely dead blog. I hadn’t utilized it in so long that it still kept our old logo and aesthetic. So what better than to revive it bigger and better! Apple Slices is your monthly to-go for all things creativity and Sonder. As a preface to how these blogs are set up, I’ll walk you through each section.

⌯⌲ the apple juice: juicy deets and behind the scenes looks at the latest sonder opportunities. see how issues are made, how reviews are determined, etc.
⌯⌲ granny apple’s recipe book: pdf and written versions of the long awaited zine guide broken up lesson by lesson.
⌯⌲ pineapple apple pen: penned (see the joke?) works submitted by our audience and chosen for publication!
⌯⌲ the apple of our eye: an interview with the creator of the month! can include individuals like staff members, other zines, musical artists, etc.
Now that you’ve got the gist, sit back, relax, and enjoy some freshly cut apple slices!
And that’s the first edition of Apple Slices in the books! The Sonder Team had such a wonderful time curating all of these wonderful columns for you all. We can’t wait to do it again next month!
